Marsha, once received a call from a salesperson asking for the President of the company and she replied "you have the entire Board of Director's on the phone with you. How can I help you?". Of course everything was fun and the sales person came to her giftroom and stayed to look around and actually left with a number of items for his wife. It was fun day for everyone.
