Penny was honored for her creative use of space, color and application of materials. The room concept was A Tweens Retreat, For Girlfriends Only. Every young girl wants a place to hang out with her friends. Why not let it also motivate and inspire them.
The color selection of magenta, fuchsia and sea foam green all help to foster the idea that you can be who you dream to be. The rooms color palette evolved around the Dewey Color System, a proven system of using colors based on the concept that color reveals the core of an individual’s personality.

The space designed by PCL Interiors visually demonstrates how the right combination of color hues can create an electric sense of adventure.
