"Last week we noted a massive upturn in enquiries into Australia property, and now Barbados is seeing increased interest, neither country is known for bargain properties, so why the increased interest now? Well, I believe that it is because many people got their fingers burned investing in "emerging markets", so now, more of the people who see the benefit of property investment are choosing to look in more secure markets."
"We haven't released a percentage on the rise, because of the lull in enquiries in the past few months, stating the astronomically high percentage rise would serve no useful purpose."
