While working as an administrative supervisor at the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau and office manager at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Traci collaborated with Human Resources to recruit and hire support staff members. She also took a personal interest in assisting colleagues with resume and cover letter writing when they applied for positions within the organization, and outside in some cases.
