aimtheory's New CRM Pricing Model Promises Successful Implementation
WORCESTER, March 4, 2009 -- Today, aimtheory, an open source software and services company, released a new SaaS CRM service (CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management) based on open source software that will save money on license fees and allow companies to focus their IT dollars on a custom implementation that fits their business model.
"Most CRM implementations fail because of a lack of user adoption. So we're aiming at the user and not just at tools," said aimtheory CEO, Ian Rossi. "We want to see companies spend their hard-earned money on successful implementations and not just on license fees. That's why we're offering SaaS CRM [software] tools at a very low profit margin--we believe that the real value is in services performed by people, not licenses."
aimtheory focuses on CRM implementation services and assistance with user adoption, which aimtheory claims is the #1 challenge in implementing a successful CRM solution. One of the services they offer is Business Process Identification--
“As a startup, especially in this economy, we didn't have a lot to invest in CRM and this tool helped us to get up and running quickly and cost effectively. I’ve also been impressed with aimtheory’s level of customer service and their desire to understand our business and provide the services needed to customize our solution to meet our unique needs,” said Seth Wasmoen, Partner at Cesium Capital Consulting, LLC.
