Houston, TX – February 24, 2009 – AlphaStaff Group, Inc., a human resources outsourcing organization that provides HR services to hundreds of small and mid-size business clients nationwide, announced today the appointment of Jeremy Moore to senior vice president of sales for the southwest region. In his new role at AlphaStaff, Moore is responsible for leading a large investment into accelerating the growth of the sales effort in AlphaStaff’s Texas market, and overseeing the company’s regional sales managers.
“Jeremy’s proven leadership record in Texas makes him a perfect candidate to guide our team throughout the Southwest,” said Jay Starkman, president and CEO of AlphaStaff. “He has been a key driving force behind AlphaStaff’s success in the market, which prompted our recent decision to triple our sales force and expand into new Texas regions under his leadership.”
Moore has more than 16 years of sales management experience. He has served as a vice president at AlphaStaff for more than two years, and first launched the Texas market for the company in 2006. He has also worked for a wide range of companies including Gevity HR, Inc., Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and Cerdian, Inc. in the course of his career.
Moore is an active member of his community and actively participates in several YMCA initiatives, including the Adventure Guide program. Moore, who resides in Houston, holds a degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
