Parents ‘Memory Loss’ Problem Resolved

Parents like to store their children’s memories in a safe place, so that they can access it when they wish to. Often, these photos, documents, audio and video clips are not traceable and could potentially be a permanent ‘Memory Loss’ situation.

March 3, 2009 - PRLog -- AlphaGrade (www.AlphaGrade.com) introduces a new service called the ‘Vault’ which provides parents a safe and private online storage solution to store their child’s memories. Parents can store photos, documents, audio and video files in the Vault for subsequent access, without having to worry about their memories getting misplaced or lost permanently. The Vault is private and easy to use while providing access from anywhere at any time.

The Vault addresses concerns of parents who are worried about posting their child’s pictures and videos on popular social networking sites and in the process are unable to share them with their family and friends. This genuine concern for child safety is based on the assumption that anyone can access this information which is now in the ‘public’ domain. AlphaGrade’s Vault allows parents to share these memories with family and friends, who may view them by invitation only. Parents can send out invitations which have time limited validity and after which access to content is denied. This controlled sharing of photos, documents, audio and video files provides a level of comfort to parents who so far have been reluctant to use social networking sites on account of child safety concerns.

In many instances where parents would like to share their memories with family and friends who are not registered with their social network of choice, they have limited options. Using the Vault, parents do not have to worry if their child’s grandparent is registered with AlphaGrade. The grandparent can view the shared memories on being invited by the parent through email, without having to register or submit any information.

AlphaGrade Vault is available free to all users who can use it in combination with AlphaGrade's Child Motivation features such as Customizable Chore Charts, Chore Reports, Allowance Statement and other tools.

“Recently I had a situation where I wanted to share some of my daughter’s photos with family and did not want to put them on a social networking site for all to see. I used the Vault and AlphaGrade sent out individual personalized emails on my behalf to my email list, all with a couple clicks” says Mahesh Hinduja, AlphaGrade.com's founder. “The family members were happy to see these pictures and specifically commented on how fast the pictures displayed when compared to some popular social media sites."

AlphaGrade helps parents organize and motivate their child to perform better at school, complete home chores and in the process develop good habits by repeatedly doing tasks on a weekly basis.
