A thrilling portrayal of how ageless, supernatural powers parallel the information highway is expertly narrated in this absorbing story.
Head priest, Varadaraja Bhattar and his nemesis, the Prasnam Namboodiri, are after the same precious artifacts—a prized diamond pendant that adorns the brass idol of the Goddess Devi of the Payyoli Temple. The large-sized diamond and the idol are in the possession of a young girl, Harani, and her cousin, Manikkam. These two have a destiny—they have to protect these two treasures which are the embodiments of the God Shiva and his consort Devi.
Harani and Manikkam must ensure that the prized pendant, which possesses enormous spiritual powers, is protected and that the all powerful Shiva-Shakti combination which regulates the Universe be safeguarded at all costs.
The two young protagonists are aided by the Goddess Devi herself. The Devi’s divine energy and intervention manifested by Her deployment of 21st century technologies will keep readers spell bound.
But who will win and at what cost?
