Pet Sitters International's Quest welcomed Association members and industry professionals from across the United States to Orlando's Rosen Plaza.
This year's conference was the largest ever-boasting four days of general sessions, hands-on workshops and breakout classes led by pet care veterans and industry experts. Attendees increased their knowledge on business topics such as disaster preparedness, marketing and customer service, as well as new techniques in pet care, training and pet first aid. At the conference, Beverly Friedel successfully completed PetTech's Pet Saver Training which is the premier pet CPR, first aid and care training for pet care professionals.
