Center Alley to Play "Remembering Michael" Benefit on March 21

March 2, 2009 - PRLog -- Center Alley will be the featured entertainment for the first  “Remembering Michael” Campaign Benefit for a Cure for Cystic Fibrosis at Nan and Pops Place in Martinsburg, West Virginia on Saturday, March 21, 2009.  The event will begin at 8 pm, and there will be a $5.00 donation at the door to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

This campaign is named in memory of Michael Hedrick of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who suffered from Cystic Fibrosis, and sadly passed away in June of 2008 at the age of 35 years.   The campaign was established by Michael's former employer, Brett Hersh of Hersh Business Services, Ltd in Martinsburg, WV, who has established several fundraising efforts in Michael's memory, including offering a 30% donation from completed tax returns for participating in the campaign.

A Barbeque fundraiser for "Remembering Michael" has also been scheduled for Saturday, April 4 at Citizens Fire Department in Charles Town, West Virginia from 1 pm to 5 pm..  

Proceeds from these fundraisers will be donated for the RM campaign at the annual Great Strides Walk For Cystic Fibrosis at Morgan's Grove Park in Shepherdstown, West Virginia on Saturday, June 6.
