Ipanema Cafe has been serving delicious vegan desserts in Richmond, Va for over ten years. Ipanema Cafe has now opened a vegan bakery where it will sell vegan pies, cakes, and cheesecakes. These will be made to order vegan desserts. The vegan pies consist of apple, blackberry, blueberry, chocolate mousse, chocolate pecan, mixed berry, peach, pear, pecan, pumpkin, rhubarb and sweet potato. The vegan cakes come in a variety of sizes from single layer round cakes to large half sheet cakes. Almond to vanilla cakes are available with a variety of icings and fillings available.
