When EthioTube.NET - Broadcast Ethiopia was established on February
28, 2008, for Ethiopians, video sharing amongst each other was not a common practice.
Today, 1 year later, thanks to our community members, we are proud to
have come a long way in creating the most popular video sharing site
for Ethiopians around the World.
Today, EthioTube.NET, in its short existence, has managed to become
one of the top ranked Ethiopian websites. In late 2008, EthioTube.NET
was a silver medalist in the annual SEWD Ethiopian Web Site of the
Year Award. We owe all of these to our faithful members.
EthioTube.NET continues to be a platform for Ethiopians to share
videos related to Ethiopia with fellow Ethiopians around the world. As
we speak, EthioTube.NET, with over 100,000 visitors every month, is a
proud host of more than 2000 videos, and growing. Using some of the
latest web technologies, we continue to build one of the largest
Network for Ethiopians.
As we celebrate our first year online, we call up on Ethiopian website
