Diving Social Network Makes a Splash

This month has seen the launch of Diving Social Network, a dedicated social network for scuba divers worldwide. The website is a devoted community to all areas of scuba diving, filled with pictures, videos, tips, questions and chat. The website offers divers the opportunity to give a personal touch as all the content is member driven and dictated.

Diving Network (http://www.diving-network.net) allows members to create their own personal space on the web, and share their thoughts and opinions with fellow divers everywhere; from uploading pictures of their latest diving holiday, to asking for opinion on dive sites and equipment.

“The website has been enthusiastically received” says Karen Partridge, Online Editor of Diving Network. “Members are uploading some fantastic content and really driving the site forward. With over 300 members joining in a matter of weeks, the future is looking very positive.”

This week has seen the launch of the new shop feature on the website, and the coming weeks will also see a Diving Network newsletter being distributed to its members. Further features and technologies will also be implemented to further the site’s usability.
