Following hot on the heels of debut album ‘Radio China’, EATcha Tribe have just released their EP ‘Cloning the Guerrilla’ under the soundwrx label.
“This concept EP is an exciting addition to EATcha Tribe’s catalogue combining electro-pop with R&B beats” explains soundwrx Creative Director, Craig Hopkinson. “We were delighted to include a collaborative piece with John Banting, ‘Ghostship Mother’, a cinematic soundscape that slotted perfectly into the narrative.”
“The concept idea emulates the albums produced by retro prog-rock bands such as Pink Floyd and is a great medium for articulating social comment in a non-inflammatory way. The musical narrative makes reference to the divisions that affect us all and this is under-pinned by the artwork imagery.”
