Invitation to Participate in WebMedicPro™ Beta Program

WALTHAM, MA...Today Blue Robin, Inc. announced immediate availability of the WebMedicPro™ Beta Release; enabling Emergency Medical Services organizations to streamline incident management with the latest web-based technologies. Based upon over two years of collaborative development with Massachusetts firefighters and EMTs, WebMedicPro™ aims to improve efficiencies of emergency services personnel, automate incident record reporting, and accelerate cost reimbursement to cities and towns from medical and other insurers.

WebMedicPro™ delivers an easy-to-use platform to improve efficiencies for firefighters, EMT’s, and other first responders by allowing incident details to be entered into the system either online, or offline (using laptops or other remote computers). This enables authenticated users to enter critical incident details accurately at the earliest possible time, during the run or while at hospitals conducting patient transfers or admissions. Any information entered into WebMedicPro™ while offline gets automatically uploaded to the database once connectivity is restored.

The system is designed to help first responders complete one of the most tedious, yet vitally important, duties – the filing of complete and accurate incident reports. By eliminating the need to transcribe hand-written, sometimes “chicken-scrawled” paper-based reports, WebMedicPro™ eliminates the common risks of such duplicate data entry and erroneous data.  Information entered into WebMedicPro™ can be transferred to other systems automatically, through data integration services, and can be exported in a variety of standard formats and traditional reports.

WebMedicPro™ is also designed to facilitate integration with medical billing and insurance reimbursement and medical billing systems. Developed on a Web 2.0 platform, with a SQL (sequential query language) database, WebMedicPro™ is fully “integration-ready”.  Blue Robin is prepared to provide integration services to reimbursement systems for participants in the Beta Release program.

Invitation to Participate in WebMedicPro™ Beta Program
Blue Robin has created a Beta Participant Program for EMS providers, Firefighters, First Responders, and other emergency services providers. Participation in the WebMedicPro Beta Program will be limited, so interested parties are encouraged to act quickly to enroll.
