The Burbank location is a natural evolution of the Wasteland story. Designed by New York architectural firm Pompei A.D., the new store boasts a post-modern exterior featuring reclaimed wood. Customers will be drawn into the store by magnificent, twenty-foot ceilings.
The Wasteland experience has evolved from a uniquely hand-picked selection of vintage apparel and accessories, to include a coveted collection of designer and modern goods. “We are able to change with our own passions and those of our customers’ so we have the flexibility to buy eternally classic pieces along with amazing designer clothing that might have just come out in the past few months,” says Cohen. The Burbank store is set to open in the beginning of July, 2009.
