Spanish Property Investment is nice little earner for Kilroy Silk
Robert Kilroy-Silk, former TV presenter and the European MP is making a great return on his property investment in Spain.
Recent reports state that by renting out his luxury 11-bedroom villa he has been earning 12,700 euros (£11,764) a week.
The villa, with two swimming pools and 150-acre gardens, is situated near the town of Casares in the Malaga province. It’s a beautiful location is a hot spot for wealthy
holiday makers, according to Andalusian newspaper the Olive Press.

"He has been renting it for the last seven years. I think it has been a good earner for him" said a property agent to the newspaper.
Since acquiring the property Kilroy-Silk is believed to have invested in renovations and visits his luxury villa at least once a month.
There are also cottages rented out on the grounds. A recent chart from homesoverseas.co.uk concluded that Spain is the most popular place to search for property online.
