The article indicated that over 35% of those surveyed were researching property with a view to invest with in the next year.
"Given the current economic climate and the negative media coverage of property investment, this survey shows that investors can see beyond today and realise that property has few rivals in terms of medium to long-term prosperity and risk." said Magazine editor Dominic Farrell.

Rotund former tycoon William Jones, who quit property after losing most of his capital in UK property is now looking to start afresh in foreign markets "The UK just isn't as likely to offer the same returns as foreign investments in the current climate".
Cater Allen estimate that over the next two years over 3,000,000 people will buy foreign property.
