For 40 years Yutka Fence has been building quality fences in SouthEast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Now with the addition of a warehouse and production area, they are now able to provide quicker turn around time to their customers.
"Having a warehouse and production area allows us to order materials in bulk and build fence panels right in our shop" said Brett Yutka, second generation co-owner of Yutka Fence Inc, anything from our most popular styles to one-of-a-kind customs. That means lower material costs and those savings get passed on to the customers.
Quality control has also been enhanced. "We can inspect every panel before it reaches the jobsite and make sure it is up to our standards" said Yutka. Since panels are built on a table, each one comes out the exact same every time. The end result is a more uniform fence.
"Our now materials are also now protected form the elements" explained Yutka. Lumber for Yutka Fence panels comes directly from mills in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We use only Northern White Cedar milled specifically to our specs for fencing applications. Northern White Cedar is naturally decay and insect resistant, outlasting even treated wood. Cedar can be stained or weather gracefully to a grayish color.
