Ammons Development Group, developer of the award-winning Heritage Wake Forest community, is pleased to announce the winners of the company’s 4th Annual Heritage Hall of Fame Awards. The event, which recognizes Realtors who have sold three or more homes in Heritage Wake Forest during the previous year, was held at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar on February 17, 2009.
The eight inductees into the Heritage Hall of Fame for 2008 are:
• Jamie McGuire, a four-year inductee, of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry
and Walston
• Vicki Robinson, a second-year inductee, of Fonville Morisey
• Elisa DeLoach of ReMax United
• Gracie Goins of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston
• Deborah Nance of Ammons Pittman GMAC
• Brenda Lail of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston
• Kimberly Conroy of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston
• Scott Hoffman of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston
Total sales volume for the eight Realtors was more than $10 million. Three agents received special commendations:
Winners and dignitaries alike enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by a four-course gourmet dinner. During the ceremony, each winner was presented with a beautiful personalized award made of granite and crystal. Awards were presented by Clark Alcock, Director of Real Estate Operations for Ammons Development Group and Pat Mills, Heritage Wake Forest Senior Sales Manager, of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services. Also attending the event were Andy Ammons, President of Ammons Development Group, Don Walston, CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, Debbie Houston, President of Builder Services for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston.
