I don’t know how many people have heard of the body trainer Jon Benson, but this guy has written a book
that could change the way we exercise to get a better body, both male and female, this book gives the reader a way to build a good body in a very short time.
The book is called 7 Minute Muscle, in it he gives the reader not only the directions but also the impetus to carry the exercises out, but the original thing about the book is the time that you have to spend actually carrying out the programs that he gives you, in fact it dose what it says on the tin . Jon has researched and tested the method he uses for three years, and has now got it fine tuned and the exercise time down to 7 minutes a day.
Another thing about the program he mentions in his book is that you can eat normally, you don’t have to bulk up with large meals in order to get a muscular body, as long as you eat healthily. Also there are no drugs or supplements to be taken of which he is dead against.
If you really dissect the book you will find that you no longer need fancy gyms, and with every body feeling the pinch at the moment if you can cut out your gym membership that’s got to be good.
Mind I’m not saying that it’s an easy option, because you have to put in the effort, but it’s the time factor
that you save on, I mean 7 minutes a day building your body and making you fitter that’s got to be a winner
no more boring hours at the gym, and more time to do what you want to do.
I really think that this man is on to something, I mean what is he really doing, he is saving us time and he is saving us money, and we can all get fit at the same time, I think that he just might be on to a winner, so
