Salt Lake City, UT - Slate It Up Films today announced the production of the feature documentary film “The Naked Republic”. The film will explore and address the current issues surrounding lack of compliance to the U.S. Constitution and the deterioration of liberties in America.
Principal photography commences April 15th, 2009 and will continue through the
summer in a journey that will lead Producer Josh Bendoski, Director Brandon
Beckham and their film crew across the United States. They will engage dialog
with congressional leaders and military personnel to lawyers and everyday
people of various backgrounds.
A motion picture such as this comes at crucial time when America is at a
crossroads in it’s direction as nation. The Naked Republic will aim to awaken the
apathetic American public into a real discourse and participation in deciding the
future outcome of the United States. A nationwide theatrical release is projected
at the latter end of 2009. The film will facilitate an interest and necessity for all
Americans to view.
Slate It Up Films, LLC is an independent film production company based out of
Orem, Utah and established in 2007 by partners Beckham & Bendoski.
