Trade Wings, Inc., a global supply chain service provider, recently hired Paula Drouin to further develop the company’s Professional Services business. Ms. Drouin brings significant software industry experience and customer service leadership to Trade Wings.
Ms. Drouin will be responsible for applying project management and process improvement to enhance the company’s delivery of custom client services and supply chain projects. She will be instrumental in defining clients’ unique business requirements and developing methods to meet those requirements.

As a services professional, Ms. Drouin brings strong management and customer focus to support business goals through enhancing customer satisfaction. She also brings extensive experience with organizational and operational development, process improvement, client relations and account management.

Prior to joining Trade Wings, Ms. Drouin was the Director of Banking and Financial Services for Bottomline Technologies, a publicly traded payment and invoice automation software company serving corporations and financial institutions around the world. She also spent 15 years consulting within the financial services vertical, including six years of global services. This followed by ownership of her own event planning company.
Ms. Drouin spent her early career working in the retail vertical responsible for managing large scale and enterprise-wide projects for a Fortune 500 company. She is PMP certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems from Westbrook College. Active in her community, Ms. Drouin served as a Loaned Executive to the Greater Portland United Way, and is a sponsor to the Special Olympics, National Geographic Society and the Seacoast New Hampshire United Way.
