Our mitigation strategies
Our decontamination process is usually in three phases. This includes (i) Pre-IAQ audit phase (ii) Bio-decontamination phase (iii) Post-IAQ audit and preventive measures phase.
Pre-IAQ audit phase: This involves doing a baseline total IAQ audit for the entire building including speciation of petri plates and 24 hours relative humidity (RH) data logging during and off operational hours to confirm RH trending.

The bio-decontamination process involves fogging and surfaces treatment with durable and broad spectrum AEGIS Antimicrobial. The durable aspects of the AEGIS Antimicrobial treatment will provide a barrier to mold regrowth. This will ensure stabilized building environment, cessations of building related illness (BRI), fresh environment free of fungal growth and stains.
Post-IAQ audit and preventive measures phase: This phase involves doing post air sampling clearance tests and implementation of preventive maintenance program.
