Liz Q. Parr (formerly Liz Quevedo) just agreed to a sponsorship deal with Oxygen4Energy. Liz is a 4-Time National Gold Medal Winner in both Junior Welterweight and Welterweight Divisions. Not only does she hold 4 Gold Medals... she won those medals in 4 consecutive years, which is another great feat in and of itself!
Liz is really excited to be a sponsored athlete for Oxygen4Energy. She loves the canned oxygen sold by Oxygen4energy.com and claims that it helps her get more out of her gym workouts by allowing her to do more reps and recover faster from her toughest workouts. She believes that getting more out of her gym workouts will translate to more speed and explosiveness in the ring.
As an amateur, Liz was known for her powerful, pro fighting style. She knows how to finish the job, and on more than one occasion, intimidated an opponent into conceding a fight before even getting in the ring!
Liz was hoping to represent the US in the 2008 Summer Olympics, however Women's Boxing failed to get approved. Now, she is ready for the pro ranks and is looking forward to testing her skills against more experienced fighters.
