With The System, an eating plan is developed according to such factors as your body type, current activity level, and even favorite foods.
The System lasts 12 weeks and can produce weight loss of up to 20 to 30 pounds. But the clients won’t only be losing weight. Due to the workouts, they’ll actually be sculpting their bodies as well. Clients will learn to choose the right types of food, how to workout, and will be given recommendations on supplementation.
