Brennan Gets The Runaround
Mississippi dodges the ball
By Sue Lyn
February 22, 2009 Jackson, Mississippi – In an ongoing case, the United States District Court of Southern Mississippi, without addressing the claim, has determined to ignore the constitution and the unlawful imprisonment of Mr. Nathan Brennan of the Federal Correctional Institution in Yazoo City, Mississippi.
While it remains undisputed that the District Court of North Georgia refuses Brennan due process by convicting him for an offense which he did not receive proper notice or indictment, breaking the law themselves, Brennan’s plea continues to go unanswered.
Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the justice system defaults to habits rather than the law, every angle to circumvent constitutional entreatment when a judges’ decision has fallen outside of the law.
Still in hopes for justice, Brennan has submitted a Motion for Reconsideration and Clarification. He maintains the belief that once a rational individual is reminded of his obligations, he will embrace what is only right instead of what is wrong. This theory remains at question.
