Voltras travel Integrated Payment System with Permata Bank

The travel services provider is now integrated into the bank’s system. Provided with a Payment Code, its customers will be able to pay their reservations through a variety of channels.

Committing to one of its goals, voltras travel strives to deliver the easiest reservation method. “We have been running cutting edge technology behind our business,” declared Ahmad Ulya, the CEO of voltras travel.

After reservation has been made by phone call or email, a unique number will be given as a Payment Code. Customers only have to choose preferred way to conduct the payment, either by Permata Bank ATM, PermataNet or Permata Mobile Banking. Additionally, payments can be made as well through any ATM within ATM Bersama, ALTO or PRIMA network. “Which means, customers will be able to conduct payment almost in any ATM,” said Ahmad Ulya, the CEO of voltras travel.

“This way, customers do not have to waste too much time to arrange their trips.” Ulya continued. After the payment has been conducted, e-ticket will automatically be delivered to customer’s email address. If in some cases customer prefers paper ticket, voltras.com entertains delivery service within Jakarta area.

Voltras travel is the first travel agent in Indonesia which implemented the payment method. “Our biggest market are fast movers, young executives and businessmen, therefore, we have to move fast to catch the market up,” declared Ulya. The company has also launched an online version of its travel agent, voltras.com. Officer said, it will be officially announced in the fourth week of February.
