PRLog (Press Release) - Feb 19, 2009 -
Up from 10% to 30%, the government is encouraging homeowners to be green by giving them Tax incentives to update their home to function efficiently. Homeowners will be eligible for a tax credit for up to $1500 for the next two years if they use Energy Star products in their home. Products such as Windows, Insulation, Heating and Cooling Systems, Appliances, Water Heaters, and Doors all qualify for the Tax Credit.

Many homeowners will take advantage by having energy efficient windows installed in the home. New windows can offer many benefits. It makes sense, you can get a tax credit, save money every month on the utility bill, and make the home look much more desirable.
