Robert Levy, CEO of The Federal Group, 25200 Telegraph Suite 415 in Southfield, is pleased to announce the management appointment of Anny Sher and new team member Aidong Xu.
Ms. Sher was appointed Vice General Manager This position was developed purely by recognizing the fortitude and willingness that Ms. Sher took upon her own initiative to tackle more projects, devote her extra time and immerse herself in more details than ever before. Ms Sher took it upon herself to bring improved quality and a better exchange of ideas to all Federal Group team members and partners. This new position and duties will hold major responsibilities for overseeing The Federal Group’s Michigan Division and its operations as well as assisting the CEO with new business development in addition to working on special assignments.
Aidong Xu will be joining the organization as an Outsourcing and Purchasing Assistant. From 1996-2003 Aidong was active with The Changzhou Foreign Trade Corporation in Jiangsu, China as a Project Manager. Some of Aidong 's responsibilities included: Matching Chinese manufacturers with foreign purchasers, Contacting customers with respect to samples & quotations, Examination of Letters of Credit, Planning production schedules & initiating contracts with manufacturers, Securing loans from banks & dispersing payments, Managing production progress & product quality. Etc. In addition Aidong is bilingual in both Chinese and English, which will certainly improve communications with overseas partners. She will handle materials supply development, establish mutually profitable business relationships and manage purchase order procedures for the Federal Group.
