Olingo has licensed the Polestar IT Service Management (ITSM) simulation and the Polestar Project and Portfolio Management (PM) simulation from G2G3 to add value to the comprehensive range of Olingo training and consulting services.
Polestar ITSM from G2G3 is a highly interactive ITIL simulation which brings to life the challenges of implementing Service Management best practice in the context of a realistic and exhilarating scenario. This unique experiential learning approach creates accelerated understanding of Service Management and transforms learning into an engaging, energetic and highly memorable shared experience. Polestar ITSM was the world's first ITIL simulation to be based around the latest version of the Service Management best practice framework, the IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) Version 3.
