Atlona’s new Extenders are a convenient and cost-effective solution for transferring VGA signal at long distances, eliminating costly and excessive VGA and Audio cables. The AT-2VGA300SL, AT-4VGA300SL, and AT-VGA300RL are part of a new cascadable series of balun, called the Lynx CAT5 Series. These new VGA extenders come with two sender unit options, including the AT-2VGA300SL, which features the ability to transfer VGA and analog stereo audio to two separate displays over CAT5 cables. These extenders also feature a VGA loop-out for local monitoring. For those who need more bang for their buck, the AT-4VGA300SL extender features four CAT5 outputs and a VGA loop-out. Both sender units support resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 @85Hz and have a long range transmission of up to 1000ft or 300meters. Not only can these extenders individually create more outputs for multiple displays, but they can also combine, in order to increase the amount of outputs.
These sender units are to be used with the AT-VGA300RL receiver unit which must be purchased separately. The receiver units can also be daisy chained to another AT-VGA300RL receiver to an extended working range over 300 meters and multiple displays. These extenders are the perfect application for airports, train & bus stations, window display, trades shows and exhibitions.
These Extender units will be released early March and are currently available for Pre-order.
