Master Licensee Xavier Sinsou has named Jérôme Goumis as an ActionCOACH in France.
He will be working from his home-office in Bordeaux, the capital of Aquitania in the South West of France.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Goumis held managerial roles in the agro-foods industry.
As Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager, he strategically reduced stock from 23 Million Euros to 9 Million Euros in 10 months – which helped save an agro-food industrial business.
As a result of his past experience, Goumis is adept at problem-solving.
“In my previous role, I had to find solutions every day as well as analyze and understand processes,” he said. “This quality will be beneficial in my new coaching role.”
Goumis was looking for a consulting opportunity when he met Xavier Sinsou of ActionCOACH.
“Xavier sent me an invitation for a show; he found my email from the database of a local employment agency,” he said. “Upon exploring the company, I realized that the ActionCOACH opportunity was a perfect fit for me.”
