Canadian Author A.F. Stewart Puts a New Spin on the Vampire

The latest novel by fantasy author A. F. Stewart, delves into a sordid, psychological tale of the tempting and dangerous realm of the vampire.   This new diary-form novella exposes three generations of the tragic Harrington Family to death, seduction, the nature of evil, and the vengeance it spawns.

Written in the form of personal journals, this novella tells the story of three members of the Harrington family:  Samuel, his son Edmund, and Edmund’s daughter Charlotte.  Set during the 18th and 19th century in London, England, the normal lives of this family abruptly intersects with supernatural forces.  The plot unfolds into unexpected turns of fate and a private war with the world beyond human existence.

Events are put into motion by two intriguing vampires that befriend, manipulate and play with all three souls, altering their lives forever.  The Harrington Family succumb to temptation, suffer strange happenings, and struggle with this pervading evil influence; one appalling decision by a family member has far-reaching consequences that impact all.  Themes of enticement, reprisal, and moral choices flow through the pages mingling with the fears, private confidences, and weaknesses of these characters.

Author Bio:
A. F. Stewart was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, and still calls it home.  The youngest of a family of seven children, she has always had an overly creative mind, and an active imagination.   She is fond of good books (especially science fiction/fantasy), action movies, and oil painting as a hobby.
