After a friend’s house sat on the market for a year with no traffic or offers, he asked

Hyer and Lewallen knew they were on to something. When their next project sold in 37

wonders.”
For those times they have to stage a vacant property, the company has a warehouse full of
stylish furnishings. ”Our look ranges from classic to mid-century modern to shabby chic”, says Lewallen. It entirely depends on how the home presents itself and ’feels’ to us.”
More than just the latest fad, there is overwhelming data to back up the claim that staged homes sell two to three times faster and for an average of 6% more than unstaged homes. “In this buyer’s market, we need every advantage available to compete with the large number of houses for sale”, claims Hyer.
