The Rockliffes have decided to dispose of their property via a competition as it should prove to be a cost-effective and relatively speedy way to release the equity tied up in their home.

The house is a luxury townhouse built in 2005 at Lauro Golf, Alhaurin de la Torre, Malaga, in southern Spain. The property has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath.

The ground floor has a bright and airy lounge/dining area, a cherry wood kitchen with all appliances included and a cloakroom. The basement floor has a large store room, additional storage space and private underground parking.
