Hong Kong, Feb. 17, 2009 - Lawrence Tan, Founder, Chairman & CEO of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com), an entertainment & enlightenment website that promotes "Profit for Philanthropy" recently announced their plans of starting a 3.2 billion pesos privately funded stimulus plan to help the Philippine economy this March 2009.

This stimulus plan will include special multi-million pesos raffle games, donations to top charities and money giveaways to the general public.

In spite of the many layoffs, labor cutbacks and cost reduction announced by many companies lately because of the Global Financial or Economic Crisis, FREE FROM TEARS is committed to help the Philippines recover from the recession that is affecting the world.

Mr. Tan is currently planning to appoint an affiliate to launch this program and is discussing the project with various Philippine companies for their support.
