Laney Dale to deliver PCI talk at Techno Security 2009

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 16, 2009 - The Eleventh Annual International Techno Security Conference will be held May 31 to June 3 in sunny Myrtle Beach at the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort. Laney Dale, Managing Partner of NuOpus, a security consulting firm located in Chapel Hill North Carolina will address the attendees in a one hour session that will discuss Payment Card Industry(PCI) hacking.

The session titled "Are Your Credit Cards Safe? - Hacking Credit Card Terminals" will look at how credit card data is stolen using historic examples and common security weaknesses. The conference will feature some of the top speakers in the industry, and will raise international awareness towards increased education and ethics in IT security.
