NEW COMEDY SHOW PREMIERES ON NYC TV 74
NEW YORK, NEW YORK February 16, 2009- PunchLine TV premieres Wednesday Feb 18, 2009 6pm on NYC TV Channel 74. PunchLine TV is a new television program that showcases in-depth interviews and stand up comedy from todays hottest veteran and new jack comedians. Its premiere episode features comedians JP Justice, Hailey Boyle, Marlon Randolph, Del Harrison, Rip Michaels, Artie Rob, Stanley DuBois and April Brucker.
Unlike any comedic program- the raw shot interviews bring audiences a documentary stylized view of the personal truths of comedians with integrated glimpses of their most funniest moments on stage.
PunchLine TV was created by new jack comedian Merv Jay, who felt there needed to be a platform for comedians to show not only their craft but to give an insider look into their lives. He wanted audiences to know the comedian behind the stage and “the real” behind the laughs.
With support from Medgar Evers College in producing the show on NYC TV 74, PunchLine TV will be brought to millions of New Yorkers every Wednesday at 6pm on NYC TV Channel 74.
