Bank of America, one of the largest banking companies is again cheating it's credit card members with their worldpoints attached. One card member is not taking this as the bank would want them to. Cardholder, DJ Donnelly received in the mail a bogus letter from BOA Quality Assurance they have cancelled his credit card which he has had since Feb of 2008 with an outstanding payment history, never late, never over the limit, not even to collect his worldpoints merchandise. Donnelly had to file a whistle blower complaint to the Federal Reserve that over sees BOA and Ken D Lewis, yes he is the CEO that took $45 Billion of taxpayers money, including Mr Donnelly as a Tax Payer when was Lewis grilled by Congress last week and again Lewis failed to give a responsive answer. The complaint was that Donnelly was denied any credit increases every 90 days at BOA advertises, even with an excellent payment history. Since the Federal Reserve contacted BOA on the Donnelly complaint they retaliated by cancelling his excellent paid credit card, without notice, made fraudlent statements in the denial letter again and even used unsupportive statements that would allow the bank to do this. Donnelly again shall not take this matter as gospel from BOA. After doing a google search on the complaints of BOA, Donnelly learned their are hundreds of other consumers with the same situation all are talking class action upon Ken D Lewis, which Donnelly agrees and shall join. By BOA cancelling credit cards on their custoemrs even with excellent payment histories, this can damage their credit rating even when they paid the account, which is fraudulent,shall be dealt with as Donnelly stated, as well BOA gives credit cards and checking accounts to Illegal immigrants with at least a $10,000 opening credit limit, Donnelly only rdeceived $2,000 and was denied 5 times for a credit increase as being an American Citizen.

BOA must be closed down no more bailouts for questionable Ken D Lewis, he has enough jets and mansions from taxpayers...
