Jennings, La: Kirk Menard, founder and CEO of Menard’s Investigative Services, LLC announced today that it has changed its corporate structure to a partnership while still remaining a limited liability company. Mr. Menard announced that Terry Lee Lacombe will be a managing partner with Mr. Menard in the company. Menard’s Investigative Services, LLC also is changing its corporate name with the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigators to Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC. Menard’s Investigative Services, LLC is known for accepting and solving high profile cases. Mr. Menard welcomes the partnership between Mr. Lacombe and himself and believes they will compliment each other very well in the industry. Both are well known in the private investigative industry and Mr. Lacombe has marketing experience to gain Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC exposure to local, state and federal contracts. This will intensify our diversity and allow us to further enhance our services to the general public, corporations and local, state and federal government, says Menard.
Menard’s Investigative Services, LLC has been employed in several high profile cases that gained national attention such as a multi-million dollar embezzlement case in Oklahoma, a Jennings, Louisiana Police Officer accused of misconduct, employee theft of trade secrets from a major oil company in which the Federal Bureau of Investigation initiated the investigation and currently, Menard and his team of investigators are now working on the unsolved homicides in Jefferson Davis Parish in which seven women that lived high risk lifestyles were found dead and dumped in the rural parts of the parish.
Mr. Menard says that the change is positive, in light of a declined economy, and that the new company, Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC, will create more jobs, and create better benefits for its thirty or more investigators. It’s all about growth says Menard, and since 2004, Menard’s Investigative Services, LLC has grown dramatically and it was time for a change so that we can offer more services at the most competitive rates.
Menard’s is also known for its large array of equipment used to perform its job efficiency and effectively Menard says that as technology evolves so does its arsenal. Menard and his team expect that 2009 forward will be steady growth that will create jobs and solve crimes, such as the unsolved homicides currently facing Jeff Davis Parish. Menard says that he and his team are working closely with law enforcement and turning over every piece of evidence that it obtains so that this case may be solved. “Nobody wants closure more than we do, we have an obligation to our clients to provide the best possible service at the most affordable rates and that is what we intend to continue doing in this new management structure,” states Menard.
“We are where we want to be,” states Menard and we will continue doing in the future what we have done in the past to be successful, just with a another person, Mr. Terry Lee Lacombe, who Menard believes will be a lifesaver for the company and its investigators.
