Feb. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Noble Manhattan Coaching, one of the longest established coach training companies in the world have great pleasure in announcing that it is launching three new community coaching support groups. These groups are completely free of charge and are open to any members of the public who want to receive free coaching.

Noble Manhattan, the leading European life coach company has launched 3 new life coaching support groups in communities across the United Kingdom. Speaking at the announcement of the new support groups, Mr. Gerard O’ Donovan, the CEO of Noble Manhattan said that the special community support groups will enable people to get free sessions on life coaching.   This initiative by Noble Manhattan is part of a broader social responsibility of the company to educate people on the benefits of life coaching. The programs are run across various communities in the UK once every month on a pre-scheduled date. Community members are informed well in advance of the agenda and the timings of the sessions which are usually for two hours in the evenings. Mr. O’Donovan said that this initiative has been launched so that citizens of the community can derive the benefits of life coaching. The sessions are conducted free of charge by the support groups with the funding of the project taken care by Noble Manhattan.

In addition to the imminent launch of these support groups in Exeter, Oxford and Taunton in the United Kingdom, Noble Manhattan are also very excited to announce the plans for Bucharest, Brasov and Cluj in Romania and Warsaw in Poland to follow soon. Organizing these programs outside UK is part of Noble Manhattan's worldwide commitment to help make coaching a way of life.  The agenda of the coaching support groups will be focused on making the benefits of life coaching percolate through layers of society. Life coaching is often confused with other different forms of self improvement programs such as spirituality and meditation. The aim of the community support groups would be to make people understand all about life coaching, its benefits and how it is different from other self improvement programs. Mr. Gerard O’Donovan said that Noble Manhattan is building up more teams to undertake the community coaching programs.  The programs are being launched in a phased manner and very soon the company will be able to cover the entire United Kingdom.

The community coaching programs start off with a motivational and coaching lecture which is followed by a question and answer session. Many people who attend these community programs decide to take up further courses in life coaching. The benefits of the community support groups have been felt across different parts of UK, with citizens giving positive feedbacks about the program. Noble Manhattan has plans to further fine-tune the program to make them more comprehensive and effective for the communities. Mr. O’Donovan went on to add that Noble Manhattan’s coaching support group programs speak of the commitment that the company has towards the community and also give a chance to citizens to improve their life.  Community members across the country wherever the programs have been conducted have given their whole hearted support to this initiative.  In most cases community halls are provided by the members free of charge to the support groups.  The support group staffs carry their own equipment required to deliver the lecture.
Mr. O’Donovan said that the support groups have a mandate to make life coaching popular among citizens of the various countries in which programs are conducted. This will help Noble Manhattan to achieve its broader goal of making life coaching a way of life. He said that the motto of Noble Manhattan is "fortune favours the prepared mind" and the coaching support groups will enable to further the motto.  Many Communities across the United Kingdom where the program has not yet reached have requested Noble Manhattan to conduct free life coaching programs for their citizens.  The company is making all efforts to ensure that more and more communities are brought under the fold of community life coaching training sessions.
