FLORIDA - CHAPTER 64B5-17 DENTAL PRACTICE AND PRINCIPLES
64B5-17.015 Office Safety Requirement As part of the minimum standard of care, every dental office location shall be required to have an automatic external defibrillator by February 28, 2006. Any dentist practicing after February 28, 2006, without an automatic external defibrillator on site shall be considered to be practicing below the minimum standard of care.   Specific Authority 466.004(4), 466.017(3)(c) FS.
