A Functional Composter With Curb-Side Aesthetics

Composter bins are often used by gardeners to create compost, which is a mixture of decaying organic matter which helps to naturally fertilize plants.  Up to 40% of residential waste has organics potential (Wrapp 1996).  Thus, composter bins are also widely used by homeowners and endorsed by municipalities in order to reduce waste that is sent to landfills.

The Terra composter is unique in the sense that it is the first aesthetically-pleasing composter to be introduced into the North American market.   Designed to look like terracotta, it's lightweight and is manufactured from high-quality, durable plastic that is guaranteed to withstand a winter without cracking, chipping or fading.  Measuring 32” in height, and 24” in diameter, the Terra composter comes complete with a uniquely-designed rear-door that prevents rodent access, and includes a shovel for compost turning.
