Steve Ruzicka

Steve Ruzicka has been a Human Resources and Recruiting professional since 1992 and has worked for several financial services and consulting firms in the Baltimore & Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. He has experience recruiting for all levels of talent in both an in-house and agency capacity. He has trained and supervised recruiters and aligned with business partners to provide full life cycle recruitment strategies. Steve has also provided HR generalist advice concerning benefits, compensation, performance management and retention strategies. Early in his career, Steve was a Banker with Household Bank and held a series 7, 63, and Life & Health Insurance licenses. Prior to Proticon, Steve worked for DB Alex.Brown, T. Rowe Price, Legg Mason and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with hopes of finishing an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
