Nashville, Tenn. – February 12, 2009 – PRemier Image Management Group has joined forces with Tennessee State University’s Women of Infinite Potential (W.O.I.P.) to host the Miss Teeny W.O.I.P. Pageant.
The Miss Teeny W.O.I.P. Pageant will be held on Friday, February 13, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Humanities Building at Tennessee State University. Judges will include various local pageant queens including Miss Tennessee State University and Miss Black Tennessee.
In addition to teaching young girls, ages 4-7, about poise and grace, building their confidence, and preparing them to be leaders, the pageant also has a unique service aspect: The proceeds will be donated to the “I am Still Beautiful Foundation” at Vanderbilt University’s Children’s Hospital. The foundation provides support to girls who have lost their hair due to alopecia, cancer, or leukemia.
Toni Purvis and Cornelia Robinson, the founding partners of the PRemier Image Management Group, will serve as the hostesses for the evening. Leading up to the pageant, the duo has worked with the contestants to assist them with pageant preparation.
“Working to help ensure the success of the Miss Teeny W.O.I.P. Pageant has been personally rewarding and has allowed us to, simultaneously, enrich the lives of young girls and make a valuable contribution to our community,” says Toni Purvis.
The Miss Teeny W.O.I.P. pageant participants will compete in several categories including talent and evening wear, and each contestant will answer an on-stage interview question. The event is sure to be promising.
