Dynasty Limousine Featured in LCT Magazine, Achieves requirement for Stock Market listing

PR Log (Press Release) – Feb 11, 2009 – The International Limousine Convention in Las Vegas once again was a great networking opportunity for Dynasty Limousine.  The company was named one of three finalists for Limousine operator of the Year, and also received an award for Best print Advertising for the entire industry.  There is a full profile of the Company and it's officers in the February issue of LCT magazine.  "We would like to thank the staff at LCT and the judges for recognizing Dynasty for this esteemed award, " stated Pierce Fleming (V.P. Operations).  "Our goal from day one has been to offer a true luxury experience for all clients and this validates the hard work of our entire staff."  Dynasty Limousine was on a short list of operators nationwide who experienced an increase in business during fiscal 2008.

As of November 23, 2008 Dynasty Limousine had registered the required 50 shareholders to qualify for listing on the Nasdaq OTC Market exchange.  There is a one year waiting period before the company's stock receives it's initial quotation.  Tiber Creek Corporation is asssisting Dynasty with the proper registration procedures and is also a shareholder in the company.  Initial price quotation and trading is expected later this year.

Prom season is right around the corner and orders are already coming in.  Judging by the initial activity, it seems that there will be no downturn in business this season.  Dynasty has the benefit of twelve Limousines in the fleet, ranging from traditional stretch Limos to full sized 32 pasenger "Party Buses".  The company already is fully booked for several dates and has additional vehicles and affiliates on stand by if needed.  This will be Dynasty's 11th prom season and will most likely be the busiest yet.
