Live Webcast of the New York State D1 Wrestling Finals

Lighthouse Wresting (lighthousewrestling.com) will be hosting a live webcast of the NYSPHAA high school wrestling finals starting at 5:30 PM on Saturday February 28th. This broadcast is expected to attract over 10,000 online viewers based upon the 5,000+ viewers who logged on to the see the finals of the Eastern States Classic that Lighthouse Wrestling webcast on January 10, 2009.

Lighthouse Wrestling founder Bill Miller is excited about providing live high school wrestling coverage on the Internet. “The vision of this site is to provide prominent exposure to the sport of wrestling on Long island, in New York and nationally. Our webcast of the Eastern States Classic was well received, and the audience for our new site is growing quickly,” Miller stated. Lighthouse Wrestling has also done live webcasts for several marquis dual meets and tournament finals on Long Island and will also be airing the Suffolk County – Section XI high school wrestling finals on Saturday, February 14th at 5:45 PM. The live webcasts remain on the Lighthouse Wrestling site for site visitors to replay and view at a later date.
