An avid curler herself, she looked for something on the market that would satisfy her desire to be safe and sound but able to play with comfort and ease.
After scouring the market for something to buy, she realized there wasn't anything other than huge hockey skating helmets that wouldn't look attractive while getting the mail or playing her favourite winter sport. She set her mind to creating the perfect item and thus, the Ice Halo was born. It is tested and has shown a reduction of impact force by over 250 G.
