Youngen Finds Her Song
Young readers are invited to write a 100 words essay describing how the journey of two birds, "Youngen" and her friend and guide, "Rufus," has inspired them in one of the following areas:
1.Self-confidence 2. Caring for others 3. Earth stewardship 4. Peace
An 8x11 drawing of the main characters in the book should be included along with the essay. The winner will be chosen based on originality, style of writing and creativity.
